EPOXY LINE SYSTEM
The Epoxy Line Painting System provides a longer lasting & more durable solution when compared to acrylic based line paints, particularly for high traffic working environments. The preparation process includes dustless diamond grinding, precision measured line marking, high adhesion tape at the diameter of choice & is followed by a 2:1 ratio Epoxy blend. It is installed with a 4” reducer on a shot blaster which allows for faster install time, better longevity, & no exposed concrete. This line system is offered in multiple colours & is resistant to abrasion & harsh chemicals. The lines are dry to the touch in 4-6 hours, which allows for minimal inconvenience to facilities. The epoxy line systems can be installed at extremely low temperatures if necessary, both indoors & outdoors (excluding asphalt). Ultraviolet & thermoplastic coatings can be added to the lines to make them more resistant to UV rays due to the sun & extreme temperatures. Luminescent & anti-slip treatments are also available to add to the lines.
ACRYLIC LINE SYSTEM
Acrylic Based Line Painting is a more cost-effective & timely solution when compared to an Epoxy line painting system & is used in both exterior & interior applications. This includes parking lots, dock, storage and pallet positioning, pedestrian walkways, fire exits, PPE free zones, tow motor safety lines, etc. The paint is available in multiple colours and is installed from a sprayer with speed & ease. It is dry to the touch in 10 minutes. Acrylic line painting is a quicker but sometimes more temporary solution, depending on the level of traffic the area/work environment regularly sees.
